Agricultural law and farming legislation

Before joining Knights, Mark worked for ten years for the National Farmers Union advising rural businesses on all aspects of the law relating to their business, his particular specialism was in Employment Law and this is an area Mark has specialised in since he joined Knights in 1999.

Mark is a member of the Employment Law Association and also has interests in environmental law advising clients in connection with cases involving the Environment Agency and the Health and Safety Executive. Mark also has an interest in the training and development of employees not least at Knights where he is currently staff and trainee partner. Mark would class himself as a people person, his natural style and immense interpersonal skills make him easy to get along with. His ability to break complex issues into easy to understand bite size chunks increases his popularity with clients.
