Isabel qualified in 1993 and has been engaged in employment law ever since. A member of the Knights employment law team Isabel has developed specialist areas within employment law such as unfair dismissal claims and technical drafting. As Knights has one of the largest Employment Law departments in the area Isabel's involvement in Knights growth has been visionary.

Throughout her years in employment law, Isabel has developed specialism's in:

• Working Time Regulations specifically within the transport arena, along with
• Franchise sectors and has understood many of the complexities of V.O.S.A.
• Equal pay and Equal Pay Audits
• Discrimination claims.

Isabel has represented many firms at tribunals and boasts sector knowledge within:

• Construction,
• Quarrying,
• Mining
• Food retailing and
• Manufacture.

A member of the Employment Law Association Isabel has acted as an external examiner for the employment elective of the Legal Practice Course at Staffordshire University along with regularly providing training seminars with her colleagues at Knights A regular advocate Isabel was invited to join Shrewsbury Employment Tribunal User Group which provides an unique insight and contact with Employment Judges.
